Qualifications: This promotion is designed for couples who are 28 years of age, employed full time, or retired, have a minimum annual household income of $75,000 and have not attended a promotional presentation at a FantaSea Resort property within the last 6 months. Guests must have two forms of ID including driver's license and major credit card. If married, both spouses must attend the presentation. If unmarried, both people must attend the presentation. Only one (1) promotional package per person, family or household may be booked for the same travel dates. Multiple families or couples are not allowed to participate in this offer at the same time. FantaSea Resort employees are ineligible. All requirements must be met. If guest fails to attend the presentation or does not meet the terms and conditions, the guest will be charged the full, seasonal retail price of the promotional package. Retail prices range between $425 - $660; depending upon season.

Rescheduling: Arrival dates may be rescheduled up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival. A $50 fee will be applied to all reschedules. Also, if you do not show up for your scheduled arrival date without effective prior notice, you will be subject to a "No Show" fee of up to $300.00, based on the current room-night cost, to cover the cost of the unused room for the first night. No refunds; all sales are final.

Restrictions and Limitation: Reservations and accommodations are subject to availability. Failure to comply with the rescheduling policy, attend the presentation or meet the qualifications will result in forfeiture of the package price and the benefits of the package. No pets, please. Written Confirmation: After booking a reservation and prior to arrival, guest will receive a written confirmation letter which reviews all the Terms and Conditions and Details of Participation of this promotional offer. Guest must sign and return a copy of the confirmation letter via FAX or mail to Vacation Getaway, Inc. (VGI) prior to arrival and must provide a copy of the confirmation letter upon check-in at the resort.

While no one is excluded from touring our facilities, this offer is designed for MARRIED OR ENGAGED COUPLES (both parties must attend) OVER THE AGE OF 28, WHO ARE CURRENTLY EMPLOYED OR RETIRED. The price range for timesharing vacation plans available to you is $6,000 to $40,000 (subject to change).
